Our story

Ingeus started as Work Directions in Australia and quickly established a reputation of helping people out of work due to injury, illness or disability, to address the physical and psychological aspects of their condition and successfully return to employment.

Our expertise grew throughout the 1990s with individually tailored services to assist people who were on unemployment benefits back into the workforce, as well as nationally accredited training, labour hire and recruitment services.

In 2002, we became Ingeus and took our unique approach to assisting those people most isolated from employment to the United Kingdom.

Our success in Australia and the United Kingdom, led to us partnering with governments and agencies in several other countries including Germany, South Korea, Switzerland and of course here in Singapore.

In 2018 Ingeus was acquired by the APM Group.
