Our story
Ingeus started as Work Directions in Australia, helping people out of work due to injury, illness, or disability to overcome the physical and psychological aspects of their condition and return to employment.
Today, Ingeus is part of APM Group, a leading global human services and healthcare organisation with a shared purpose: enabling better lives.
APM is a passionate global community of over 16,000 people across 11 countries, made up of organisations offering expertise in health and wellbeing, employment, community and assessment services, and disability and aged care support. In the last year, APM Group's services have reached the lives of more than 2.9 million people worldwide.

Where we operate
Australia
In Australia, where APM began, we offer services including employment, workplace health and wellbeing, assessment, community support, mental health, physiotherapy, sports medicine, therapy, psychology, and home and aged care.
United Kingdom
In the UK, primarily through Ingeus, APM delivers employment services on behalf of government agencies, community services such as youth and justice education programmes, health and wellbeing services, and employee services through CiC.
Asia
In Singapore and South Korea, Ingeus provides employment services to employees and employers across the private sector and government, as well as vocational training.
New Zealand
APM in Aotearoa supports individuals and businesses with services including allied health, psychological intervention, employment support, physiotherapy, vocational rehabilitation, pain management, and community-based services.
North America
Across the United States and Canada, APM supports individuals and businesses with expertise in business and consulting, employment services, workforce development, and employment rehabilitation.
Europe
In Europe, APM delivers services in Germany, Spain, Switzerland and Sweden, supporting employees, employers, job seekers, and refugees through employment services, vocational training, workplace safety and rehabilitation, and recruitment.
