About the Career Matching Programme
Ingeus delivers the Career Matching Programme in partnership with the Skills and Workforce Development agency.
Our team of experienced career coaches take the time to understand your goals and skills, giving you one-to-one support to help you prepare for and find employment.
Registration is managed by SWDA, who will make a referral to Ingeus.

How the programme works
1. Career consultation
Meet with your coach who will get to know you, your goals and explore options.
2. Job search support
Get hands-on help with your resume, interview preparation, and access to workshops to build your job readiness.
3. Job matching
We'll help you look for roles and connect you with opportunities through our network of trusted employers.
4. In-work support
We stay in touch for up to 6 months after you start, to help you settle in and succeed.

Are you eligible?
This programme is complimentary for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PRs), subject to eligibility criteria assessed upon referral. You may need to provide supporting documents to verify your eligibility.
