ELIGIBILITY

Who can apply

Career Launchpad is a fully funded programme for young adults in Singapore who meet the following criteria.

✓ Aged 18 to 29 years old

✓ Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

✓ Current student in further education or has graduated

✓ Has been unemployed for at least 6 months; and/or

✓  Has not previously accessed formal Education and Career Guidance (ECG) services

Yes, completely. There are no fees, no hidden costs, and no catch. Career Launchpad is a fully funded programme for eligible young adults in Singapore.

If you are a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident aged 18 to 29, have not yet found work after leaving education, and have not previously accessed formal career guidance services, you are likely eligible. Apply and we will confirm within a few days.

That is exactly why Career Launchpad exists. You do not need to have it all figured out before you join. Helping you find your direction is what we are here for.

You will have a weekly one-to-one session with your coach alongside self-paced online modules you can complete in your own time. It is designed to fit around your life, not the other way around.

All Career Launchpad coaches are certified career practitioners with real experience working with young adults. They are empathetic, non-judgmental, and genuinely invested in your success

The programme runs over 4 weeks with weekly 1:1 coaching alongside self-paced learning modules, followed by up to 3 months of post-programme support to keep you on track and reach your goals.

We work with employers across Singapore's growth industries, including digital technology, green economy and healthcare, to connect participants with jobs, placements, traineeships and apprenticeships. We will help match you with opportunities that suit your skills and interests.
