1. Eligibility to refer
This offer is open to current and former participants of the Career Launchpad programme.
2. Eligibility of referred friend
The referred individual must be a new participant who has not previously enrolled in or been assessed for Career Launchpad. They must meet the standard programme eligibility criteria as determined by Ingeus and the Skills and Workforce Development Agency. Referring a friend does not guarantee their acceptance into the programme.
3. How referrals are made
Referrals must be submitted by the referrer directly to launchpad@ingeus.com.sg via email. Self-referrals are not eligible.
4. Reward payment
A payment of $100 SGD will be paid to the referrer the month following the referred friend's official start date on the programme, defined as attending their first session.
5. Number of referrals
There is no limit to the number of successful referrals a participant may make, and $100 will be paid for each eligible referral who starts the programme.
6. Payment method and timing
Rewards will be paid via PayNow the month following the referred friend's official start date on the programme. Referrers will need to link their NRIC to their PayNow in order to receive their payment.
7. Programme changes and withdrawal
Ingeus reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this referral offer at any time without prior notice. Any referrals made prior to a change will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of referral, at Ingeus's discretion.
8. Fraud and misuse
Ingeus reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any reward payment where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, duplicate, or ineligible referrals.
9. Offer period
The submission for referrals will be from 1st August 2026 to 23rd October 2026. The referred individual must start the programme latest by 31st October 2026.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of a referral will be handled in accordance with the Ingeus Privacy Policy.
