How it works
1. Brief
Your account manager meets with you to understand the roles you're recruiting for.
2. Proposal
We put together a presentation based on your brief, for your approval.
3. Promotion
Once approved, we share your roles with our coaches, who reach out to their active jobseeker clients.
4. Shortlisting
Interested candidates submit their resumes, and you shortlist who to meet.
5. The event
You and your shortlisted candidates attend the event, where you present the roles on offer.
6. Q&A
Candidates get the chance to ask questions and learn more about the roles.
7. Interviews
Interviews take place immediately after the Q&A session.
8. Debrief
You, your account manager, and our coaches debrief once all interviews are complete.
