Frequently asked questions
To sign in to EmployableMe, you will need to have access to your mobile phone.
Follow these steps to sign in:
- Visit employableme.ingeus.com.sg and click ‘Sign in’.
- Enter your mobile phone number.
- Click ‘Send code’ to send a 6-digit code to your mobile phone.
- Enter the code you received into the ‘Verification code’ textbox, then press ‘Verify’ to be signed into the platform.
EmployableMe is our online learning platform designed to help you at every stage of your employment journey.
Employable Me has an extensive library of content to help you develop your skills and knowledge.
Access courses, articles, videos, games and a resume builder anytime, on any device.
When complemented by the support of your career coach, EmployableMe will empower you to confidently navigate the job market, to find and keep a job you love.
Click the mobile menu (represented by three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner of your screen to open the menu options available to you:
- Home
- Learn
- Profile
Select any of these links to go to that page.
If you have any trouble, press ‘Cancel’ in the top-left corner of your screen and try the process again.

Go to the ‘Info’ link in the menu, then select ‘Sign out’.
A pop-up will appear asking if you are sure that you want to sign out, select ‘Yes’ to confirm this.
